The turnover of recruitment firm Encore, which has an office in Leeds, topped 50 million turnover and increased sales revenue by 20% in 2015.
Specialising from the industrial, technical, transport and energy sectors, Encore places a lot more than 3,500 temporary and permanent workers obtain through the UK.

Named by Recruiter magazine among the list of UK’s fastest growing recruitment businesses, Encore operates from nine offices nationally C Nottingham, Telford, Slough, Spalding, Leicester, Coventry, Leeds, Northampton and Birmingham.
“After 20 years’ experience in the business, we chosen to create the successful formula of giving priority to staff and protecting margins,” said Mr Latham.
“Our business has gone from strength to strength. Despite a progressively competitive industry for recruiters, Encore is predicting much more success for the its employees as well as clients in 2016.
“Over recent months we certainly have wanted to overcome increased competitor pricing pressures and we all can see a developing skills gap among candidates interested in work. Currently employing more than 150 members of staff across the UK, Encore is looking to recruit 50 more employees internally this season in order to satisfy added demand.
