Acting on the part of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team has secured two new lettings at Metro Park 45 in South Leeds, producing full occupation with the 52,000 sq . ft . multi-let industrial park.
CBRE has leased the 7,993 square foot Unit 4 for a Ten year term to Gain levels as their new Parkour training facility. Additionally, the 6,938 sq . ft . Unit 5 have been let to Economy Freight Services at a 5 year lease.
Metro Park is a 52,000 sq . ft . multi-let industrial estate which forms part of the well-established Middleton Grove industrial part of South Leeds.
